7-Day Replacement
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Replacement

- Your name and order details
- A clear photo or short video of the damaged or defective product
- Your delivery address
We will review and confirm your replacement request within 24 hours.
What Is Covered
- Product arrived physically damaged
- Product is defective or does not work
- Wrong item received
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- Change of mind after delivery
Refunds
We currently offer product replacement only, not cash refunds. If a replacement cannot be arranged, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
